Job Title
The person in this role is a systems-thinker who is curious, detail-oriented, technically proficient and methodical. This multi-skilled employee excels at drafting with AutoCAD and also brings creative and collaborative skills to support and advance Just Housing's residential design and workforce training activities. Duties include but are not limited to AutoCAD drafting/production for residential projects - new zero energy homes and energy remodels.
We are purpose-driven and human-focused, and we're looking for someone with interest and/or experience with affordable housing, residential construction, building science and home performance, and workforce training.
Secondary degree or education/experience in drafting, residential construction, building science and/or architectural technology.
Proficiency with AutoCAD is required.
Minimum Experience Required2 years drafting with AutoCAD
Understanding of residential wood frame construction
