Call only coverage 4-5 phone consults, patients seen, and admissions per 24 hours General CV/thoracic surgery including CABG and valve procedures 20 minute call response time 1:2 call ratio Open and endoscopic procedures including lung resection TAVR and left ventricular assist devices Bronchoscopy and vent management
We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
