* Work alongside 12 physicians and 6 advanced practice clinicians, supported by a dedicated team.

* Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.

* Benefit from an established patient base

* Anticipated work schedule:
Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours

* Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM - 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM - Noon (Saturday)

* Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai

* Digital X-Ray with rapid results

* Call schedule: 1 in 12 (phone only)

* Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 - 1.0

* Optional newborn nursery care (in hospital)

REQUIRMENTS:

* Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.

LOCATION:

* Duluth, MN - A vibrant community with a population of over 90,000.

COMPENSATION

* $308,000. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
