Job Title

Orthopaedic Surgeon – Adult Reconstruction – Essentia Health – St. Mary's Medical Center, Duluth, Minnesota.

• Collaborative environment with 14 orthopedic surgeons and 10 NP/PAs.
• Dedicated joint program coordinator and 10-physician medical orthopedic section.

  Mako robotic platform.
• High volume: ~1,200 total joint replacements annually.
• Flexible opportunities including outreach programs.
• Balanced call schedule: 1:9 compensation at Level 1 Trauma Center, approx. 30 call nights per year, moving toward full coverage.
• State‑of‑the‑art EMR: EPIC system.
• Comprehensive rehabilitation services.

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopaedics.
• Fellowship trained in Joint Replacement.

• Base compensation: $622,119.
• Additional compensation possible through bonuses, quality incentives, and production‑based incentives.
