Direct Jobs is seeking an ED Medical Director to join a well-established Emergency Medicine team north of Minneapolis. This role blends clinical leadership with hands-on patient care in a welcoming, rural Emergency Department.
You will lead an experienced team, foster a patient-centered culture, and manage a Level IV trauma center with a daily census of approximately 25 patients. This position offers a competitive salary starting at $345K, sign-on bonus, and an excellent benefits package.
