Position Overview

We are seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon fellowship trained in Joint Replacement to join a nationally recognized, award-winning orthopedic program at a Level I Trauma Center in northeastern Minnesota.

• Perform approximately 1,200 total joint replacements annually with a seasoned team of more than 20 orthopedic surgeons and APPs.
• Utilize the Mako robotic platform, full rehabilitation services, and EPIC EMR to deliver exceptional outcomes from day one.
• Work a 1:9 call schedule with dedicated APP and surgical assistant support.
• Receive a strong compensation and benefits package, including a first-year base of $760 K +.
• Qualify for signing bonus, relocation assistance, and additional benefits.

Located north of Minneapolis, Duluth is the second-largest metro area in Minnesota, with a population of nearly 300 K.
