What You’ll Do

Perform advanced GI procedures including EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS (if qualified), and Flexible Sigmoidoscopy
Cover inpatient, outpatient, and hospital services, including on-call responsibilities
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care
Manage emergent GI cases during 24-hour call periods
Ensure timely documentation and follow-up for procedures and inpatient care
Participate in scheduled and on-call shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed

What You Need

Valid Medical License in Minnesota or eligibility for licensure
Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Gastroenterology
Experience with Advanced GI procedures (EUS preferred but not mandatory)
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Ability to commit to the assigned coverage dates

About the Assignment
Join a dedicated medical team providing expert gastroenterology care at a well-regarded facility in Duluth, MN. This position offers the flexibility of procedure-based work with the convenience of local, short-term coverage. The initial coverage is from August 19 to August 31, with potential for additional dates, including vacation coverage.
