- ZERO Call! In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team.
- Access to on-site lab, x-ray (including mammography), urgent care, behavioral health, community health workers and sports medicine.

- Anticipated work schedule:
Monday to Friday, with 36 patient contact hours - Flexible shifts with Clinic hours: 7:15 AM – 5 PM (Monday-Friday) and 8 AM – Noon (Saturday)
- Utilize EPIC medical records with DAX Ai
- Digital X-Ray with rapid results
- Flexible starting FTE: 0.6 – 1.0
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Family Practice.
