• We are looking for a patient-centered Endocrinologist to join our team (2 Adult Endocrinologists: one in Duluth, MN, and one in Ashland, WI, 1 Pediatric Endocrinologist, 8 NP/PAs in Duluth, MN, and 1 NP in Ashland, WI, and 18 additional staff).
• Great position for work/life balance.
• Inpatient coverage at Essentia Health-St. Mary's Medical Center, a 344-bed tertiary care hospital, Level I Adult Trauma Center
  -or
  - Essentia Health-Duluth, a 165-bed hospital – both located on the same connected campus.
• Call is in effect for providers during office business hours only and triaged through our RN team first. An NP/PA team covers all hospital glucose management.
• Capability to apply and analyze latest diabetes related devices including pumps, sensors, and meters.
• Primarily outpatient practice:
  Monday
  - Friday, 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m.
• Some outreach possible.
• No evening, weekend, or holiday call.
• Patient volume/day: 10-15.

• BC/BE in Endocrinology, or
• BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine with a strong interest in Diabetes care.

• $344,349 for BC/BE Endocrinologist. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.
