Why this role?

The Financials:- Hourly Rate: $210/hr
- Shift Earnings: $5,040 per 24-hour Saturday shift
- Status: PRN / Independent Contractor
- Manageable Pace:
Low-acuity ER with ~6,000 annual cases. - Daytime Support:
Dedicated APP coverage during the day. - Specialty Backup: 24/7 on-site Hospitalists;
Surgery and Anesthesia on-call. - Modern Facility:
State-of-the-art Level III Trauma Center with all private patient rooms and Epic EMR.
- BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (or FM/IM with extensive ER experience).
- Active Minnesota license (or ability to obtain).
- Current ATLS or CALS, ACLS, and PALS.
