What You’ll Do

Provide specialized cardiothoracic surgical care in a hospital setting

Perform scheduled and emergency thoracic surgeries

Document procedures and coordinate postoperative care
Engage in quality improvement and best practice initiatives

What You Need
Required:

Valid medical license in Minnesota
Board certification or eligibility in cardiothoracic surgery
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in cardiothoracic procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred:

Experience in hospital-based cardiothoracic surgery
Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
