• Provide expert urological care in a collaborative hospital setting
• Assist with outpatient and inpatient consultations
• Participate in hospital rounds with the support team
• Contribute to patient evaluations and treatment planning
• Collaborate with a team of board-certified surgeons and staff
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with medical standards
• Support hospital initiatives and quality improvement efforts

• Valid medical license in Minnesota
• Board Certified or Eligible in Urology
• Prior Urology practice experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule and adapt to variable call volumes
