• Start Date: August 15, 2026
• Duration: Ongoing assignment
• Shift: Monday through variable days, typically higher volumes after weekends
• Hours/Week: Approx. 19-20 days of coverage per month
• Employment Type: Contract with potential to transition to permanent
• Licenses/Certifications: Board Certified in Urology, Active medical license in Minnesota (or eligible)
• Experience: Relevant Urology practice experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $150/hour (onboarding rate)

• Provide urology consultations and assessments
• Assist with hospital rounding and patient management alongside a new APC
• Collaborate with a team of three board-certified surgeons
• Participate in variable call coverage based on patient needs
• Contribute to outpatient and inpatient urology care
• Support the team during a flexible schedule aligned with your availability

• Board Certified or eligible in Urology; active medical license in Minnesota
• Prior experience in urology practice preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
