- Shift: 7-10 days per month, preferred schedule TBD (bookend weekends preferred)
- Hours/Week: Varies based on coverage needs

- Certifications: Licensure required
- Experience: Cardiothoracic/surgical experience preferred
- Pay Rate: $1.00/hour

- Provide specialized cardiothoracic and thoracic surgical coverage
- Collaborate with hospital teams to ensure optimal patient care
- Manage a range of surgical cases within your specialty
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
- Participate in on-call rotation for scheduled coverage
- Ensure patient safety and quality standards are met throughout your shift
Required:
- Valid licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Significant experience in cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery
- Prior experience in hospital or surgical settings
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
