Experience: Minimum 2 years post-fellowship EP experience with current Epic experience (within last 12 months)

What You’ll Do

Conduct outpatient clinic consultations and follow-ups for cardiac electrophysiology patients
Perform and assist with procedures related to atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias
Collaborate with healthcare team to develop personalized treatment plans
Document patient encounters using Epic EHR system
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards
Provide patient education regarding cardiac conditions and treatments
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings

What You Need
Required:

Valid medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain one
Minimum 2 years post-fellowship EP experience
Proficiency in Epic electronic health records (within last 12 months)
Ability to work Monday through Friday, starting September 2026

Preferred:

Experience with atrial fibrillation management and catheter ablations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
