Shift: 7-10 days per month, up to 14 days; preferred schedule to be discussed
Hours/Week: Flexible based on schedule

Licenses/Certifications: Active medical license in Minnesota or ability to obtain, Board Certified/Eligible in Thoracic Surgery preferred
Experience: Prior cardiothoracic or thoracic surgery experience recommended

What You’ll Do

Provide specialized cardiothoracic surgical care within the facility’s surgical team
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Perform thoracic and cardio thoracic procedures as required
Participate in pre- and post-operative patient management
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction
Document procedures and patient interactions accurately and timely
Comply with all hospital policies and medical regulations

What You Need
Required:

Valid medical license in Minnesota or eligible for licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Thoracic Surgery
Ability to work independently and in team settings

Preferred:

Previous experience in cardiothoracic surgical procedures
Strong communication and clinical skills
Flexibility to adapt to schedule and patient needs
