The Tradeshow Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the overall goals of the tradeshow program through logistical coordination and assisting the field marketing team. This position focuses on managing tradeshow logistics and executing special projects related to events, ensuring smooth operations and brand consistency.

Tradeshow Logisti
cs:
Coordinate all logistics for assigned trade shows, including packing, tracking, shipping, and receiving of necessary materia - ls.
Handle claims submission and follow-up with shipping companies when necessa - ry.
Ensure all tradeshow deadlines are met, including shipment arrivals and retur - ns.
Assist with on-site setup and breakdown of tradeshow booths when applicab - le.
Administrative tas

Maintain and organize a well-stocked inventory of field marketing supplies, including swag, tradeshow booth assets (pull-ups, cases, TVs, iPads, etc - .)Order and replenish tradeshow marketing supplies as needed and as direct

Conduct regular inspections of tradeshow assets and coordinate replacements when necessa - ry.
Manage department credit card and submit expense reports for tradeshow-related expenditur - es.
Assist with tradeshow registration and hotel reservations as need - ed.
Research and procure new swag items tailored to brand needs from preferred vendo - rs.

Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality Tourism, Marketing, or related f - ield(2) Years experience in office set
