you Booster’s Next Program Specialist?
As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience.
HowYou’ll Impact Booster’s Mission
- Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students
- Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
- Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
- Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
- Model Fitness, Leadership, and Character as part of a team
- Excellent communication – You can connect professionally and enthusiastically with students, faculty, and staff through written and verbal communication.
- Positive attitude – You display optimism, enthusiasm, and intentionality when interacting with clients and the team.
- Growth mindset – You demonstrate a continual desire to learn and grow both personally and professionally.

- You’re a licensed driver with reliable transportation.
- You can pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check.
- You’re able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
- Full‑day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays.

$16–$18 per hour, non‑exempt.
