you Booster’s Next Program Specialist?

As a Program Specialist, you’ll be the face of the Boosterthon program on elementary school campuses. You’ll work alongside a supportive team to help schools reach their fundraising goals, deliver engaging student experiences, and create a positive impact for students and communities. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities and is ideal for someone early in their career who wants meaningful, hands‑on experience.

How

You’ll Impact Booster’s Mission
  • Teach and present a character-based curriculum to students
  • Set up and host the Boosterthon Fun Run fundraiser
  • Motivate students to participate and raise funds for their school
  • Engage with teachers, parents, and school administrators
  • Model Fitness, Leadership, and Character as part of a team

Additional Requirements
  • You’re a licensed driver with reliable transportation.
  • You can pass Booster’s Background and Motor Vehicle check.
  • You’re able to lift up to 45 lbs and remain active throughout the day.
  • Full‑day availability (7:00 am–4:00 pm) on scheduled workdays.

Compensation

$16–$18 per hour, non‑exempt.
