Fifth-Grade Assistant Teacher: Inspire Student

Responsible for organizing, implementing, and providing an educational program where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, spiritual, and psychological growth.

• Reinforcing lessons, reviewing materials, and helping with assignments in one-on-one, large or small-group settings.

• Assisting with setup, tracking attendance, grading, and enforcing school rules.
• Plans and delivers instruction for a variety of learners
• Motivates students to engage in the learning process
• Understands and uses assessment to promote student learning

• Creates an environment that promotes respect, rapport, and learning
• Establishes effective relationships with students
• Communicates clear and consistent expectations for learning, behavior, and achievement
• Monitors and manages student behavior effectively
