- Teach ELD standards aligned with curriculum of Independent School District 196
- Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and coaches to plan and support classroom teachers and the needs of multilingual learners
- Teach ELD standards aligned with the curriculum of Independent School District 196
- Licensed by the State of Minnesota to teach ESL
- Licensed by the State of Minnesota to teach high school English
- Strong general academic background
- Ability to relate positively to students, staff and community
- Demonstrated planning and organizational skills
- Commitment to equity and culturally responsive teaching
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency working with a culturally, ethnically, racially and socioeconomically diverse school community is preferred.
