Key

Qualifications:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota
• Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
• Strong understanding of educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and special education processes
• Proven ability to work with diverse student populations, educators, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
• Experience with Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs and support eligibility decisions
• Provide direct and consultative support for students experiencing academic, behavioral, or social/emotional challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to develop and implement interventions and strategies for student success
• Participate in special education team meetings and contribute expertise to IEP development
• Support crisis intervention, prevention programs, and staff training as needed
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
