Key
Qualifications:
- Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure (or eligibility) for Minnesota
- Masters or higher degree in School Psychology or related field
- Strong understanding of educational assessments, behavioral interventions, and special education processes
- Proven ability to work with diverse student populations, educators, and families
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Experience with Multi‑Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological and academic assessments to identify student needs and support eligibility decisions
- Provide direct and consultative support for students experiencing academic, behavioral, or social/emotional challenges
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administration to develop and implement interventions and strategies for student success
- Participate in special education team meetings and contribute expertise to IEP development
- Support crisis intervention, prevention programs, and staff training as needed
- Maintain accurate, confidential records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
