Make a meaningful impact on student success by providing expertise as a school psychologist in a vibrant K‑12 environment. This contract‑based opportunity offers the chance to collaborate with educators, students, and families across elementary, middle, and high school settings near Duluth, MN.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree from an accredited program in school psychology or related field.
  • Current and valid Minnesota school psychologist license.
  • Experience supporting students in K‑12 schools (elementary, middle, and/or high school).
  • Strong skills in assessment, consultation, and intervention strategies.
  • Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and advocacy skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psycho educational evaluations for students referred due to learning, behavioral, or emotional concerns.
  • Provide direct counseling and intervention services to support student academic achievement and mental health.
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding individualized education plans (IEPs), behavior management, and prevention strategies.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of tiered supports and evidence‑based interventions.
  • Help create and maintain a safe, supportive, and positive school climate.
  • Maintain accurate documentation aligned with state and federal regulations.
