Voyageur Outward Bound School Ely Base is seeking seasonal Instructors to lead and facilitate winter wilderness expeditions involving dog sledding and cross-country skiing. You will work with older teens and adults, following OB educational principles and safety policies while mentoring students in teamwork and resilience.
