Head Robotics Coach

Organize, supervise, and coach the school robotics team. Guide students through the design, construction, programming, and testing of robotics projects. Prepare students for robotics competitions and related events. Teach and reinforce engineering, coding, and problem-solving skills. Promote teamwork, leadership, sportsmanship, and positive student engagement. Coordinate team meetings, practices, and competition schedules. Maintain robotics equipment, supplies, and inventory. Communicate effectively with students, parents, staff, and administration.

Ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all participants. Assist with fundraising and community outreach activities as needed.

Experience working with students in educational, coaching, STEM, or robotics-related activities preferred. Knowledge of robotics, engineering, programming, or related technology fields preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and community members. Valid background check and all district employment requirements.
