Responsibilities:

• Design and implement individualized instruction aligned with students’ IEP goals.
• Create and maintain a structured, positive classroom environment that supports behavioral and academic success.
• Use evidence-based instructional and behavior management strategies.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, administrators, and families.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and progress reporting

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in education or special education
• Must have an active Minnesota DOE special education certification
• Must be authorized to work in the US
• Pass background check and drug screening
