- Support active energy generation projects, including Wind, Solar, Battery Energy Storage, and Combustion Turbine developments
- Support project teams with project tracking, reporting, and documentation
- Participate in field visits to active construction sites to observe project execution and safety practices
- Collaborate with project managers, coordinators, engineers, and contractors
- Learn project development and construction processes for wind, solar, battery storage, and combustion turbine facilities
- Complete assigned tasks under supervision while following established procedures and safety requirements
- Split time between the office and active construction sites
- Assist with project coordination, data collection, reporting, and construction support activities
Requirements
- Current student, Junior or higher (as of Fall 2027)
- Enrolled in an ABET accredited college or university
- Pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
- Travel would be within the TX/NM region
- Able to work full-time during the summer, up to 40 hours a week
- Able to work part-time during the school year, up to 20 hours a week
- Able to commute to the designated work location in-person, per the hybrid work policy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications preferred
- Interest in renewable energy, power generation, and large-scale infrastructure projects preferred
