- Lead the design and coordination of electrical systems for large-scale building projects
- Develop power distribution, lighting, emergency power, and low-voltage system designs
- Oversee project delivery from concept through construction administration
Coordinate with architects, owners, contractors, and internal engineering teams - Mentor junior engineers and support technical development across project teams
- Participate in client meetings, QA/QC reviews, and project management activities
- Ensure compliance with codes, industry standards, and project specifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- PE license required
- 8–15+ years of experience in MEP/building systems consulting
- Strong experience with commercial, healthcare, institutional, or science & technology facilities
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and electrical design software
Compensation will vary depending on project background, leadership experience, and market sector expertise.
Typical compensation currently ranges from: $110,000 – $180,000+
