Position OverviewSenior Engineer – Water Resources
Key Responsibilities- Lead technical expertise on stormwater and sanitary sewer hydraulic projects, including field data collection, analysis, design, and construction implementation.
- Oversee monitoring and modeling programs, interpret field data, and guide design and construction efforts.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted partner throughout project planning, execution, and post‑completion support.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects and multidisciplinary teams for a diverse range of clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, participate in client interviews, and assist with project team selection to ensure successful outcomes.

- Stormwater Engineering
- Bachelor of Science in Civil, Environmental, or related engineering.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (or ability to obtain within six months).
- Proven project management experience and client interaction.
- Proficiency in hydraulic modeling using Info Works ICM, PCSWMM, or HEC‑RAS.
- Experience managing design and construction phases of sewer system rehabilitation or related water resources projects.
- 10+ years of related engineering experience.
- Proven experience developing compelling proposals for engineering services that align with client needs and objectives.
- Strong network of established client relationships fostering trust and long‑term partnerships.
- Proven experience overseeing inflow and infiltration (I/I) studies, including flow monitoring and field data collection.

- Competitive compensation range of $120,000–$160,000 based on skill set and experience.
- Available for candidates residing in Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Iowa, Nebraska, Kansas, and Texas.
- Not available for candidates residing in Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Vermont, or Puerto Rico.
