This is a non-union position Interested in having a "Total Control" function on all assigned projects to include Project Cost Management and Project Schedule Management? Enbridge has a Project Controls Advisor position that will provide cost monitoring, reporting and control services throughout the implementation phase of projects. What You Will Do:

* Provide full Project Control Management, consisting of cost/schedule development and control during the full lifecycle of projects.
* Generate regular and ad hoc analysis including graphs, summary tables, and presentations.
* Support the Project Engineer/Manager in managing the Project Scope by offering insight into scope definition, verification, change control, and the financial status of projects.
* Work with internal team to understand incurred field costs and collaborators for indirect costs and compare against budget and monthly forecast values.
* Prepare expenditure profiles, work force histograms, comparative capital cost estimates for projects and total program monthly forecast summaries.
* Provide estimating support to other departments' cost management for internal cost controls. Who You Are:
* Bachelor's University Degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or Accounting related fields. Other post-secondary education may be considered.
* Minimum of 5 years of Project Controls or Project Management experience is required.
* General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
* Advanced proficiency with MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, graphing, SUMIFS) and experience with MS Office Suite and Oracle/SAP systems.
* Problem solving, decision-making, organization, planning and leadership skills.
* Collaborative, team-focused, and customer-focused work style.
