Position Overview

Title: Recruiting Analyst - Sourcing & Research

Location: Remote (Midwest or East Coast)

Salary: $120,000–$145,000 base + up to 10% commissions; OTE $180,000–$220,000

Travel: 40-50%

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead sales initiatives within the assigned region and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities, engineering firms, and industrial clients.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and drive the closure of new projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create competitive proposals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance and report regularly to senior management.
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within water and wastewater treatment.
    • Proven ability to build and nurture customer relationships.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Experience working with remote teams is a plus.
