Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end flight test program planning, including test case development, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, safety, regulatory) to ensure seamless test execution and data integrity.
- Analyze flight test data, produce technical reports, and recommend design or process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with FAA, EASA, and other regulatory bodies, preparing documentation and certifications.
- Mentor and train junior flight test personnel, fostering a culture of safety and technical excellence.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive flight test experience on complex aerospace platforms.
- Expertise in flight test planning, data acquisition, and statistical analysis.
- Strong knowledge of aviation regulations (FAA, EASA) and certification processes.
- Excellent communication skills for technical reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency with flight test software and data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Flight Data Analysis Systems).
