Document Control Specialist III

Start: ASAP Duration: 1 year Work Model : (With Possible Extension)

Hybrid : (Mon, Tues, Thurs office / Weds, Fri home)

• We are seeking a Drawing Control Analyst to support engineering and project teams by managing, reviewing, and publishing engineering drawings within the drawing management system.
• In this role, you will ensure drawing accuracy, data integrity, and timely availability of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including design, construction, and as-built phases.
• The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in drawing management, preferably within engineering, utilities, energy, or oil & gas environments.
• Experience with Meridian, BIM-JIRA, and Excel is highly desired.
• This position requires strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and project teams to maintain accurate and accessible engineering records.
