Project Manager​/Sr Highway Design Engineer

We are seeking a Project Manager / Sr Highway Design Engineer (Roadway Engineer
3) to join our Georgia team!

• Managing multiple transportation design projects with focus on client interactions
• Providing daily quality control
• Managing and training junior level engineers
• Assisting with business development.

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure all roadway design and construction activities align with jurisdictional standards.
• Oversee multiple phases of roadway projects—from conceptual planning to final design and construction.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
• Lead presentations, public hearings, and meetings to communicate project goals and updates.
• Address concerns and incorporate feedback into project development.

• Manage contracts, billing, and collections to ensure project profitability.
• Track expenditures and maintain strict cost control throughout the project life cycle.

• BSCE or BCE required
• 10+ years of highway design and 2+ years of project management experience required.

• GA PE and GSWCC Level II certification required
• Experience with Bentley Micro Station V8 and MS Office applications required
• Experience with Bentley Open Roads Designer preferred
• Experience with Georgia DOT PDP preferred.
