Responsibilities
- Support the collection, processing, and analysis of test data
- Contribute to developing data processing strategies, improving analysis workflows
- Ensure high-quality data outputs across a variety of testing environments
- Lead post‑processing and analysis strategies for field‑collected test data
- Process and analyze large datasets using tools such as nCode Glyph Works or comparable platforms
- Develop, maintain, and automate data processing workflows and scripts
- Support instrumentation setup, including installation, calibration, and validation of sensors
- Instrument vehicles and components for durability and performance testing
- Operate prototype vehicles and data acquisition systems during testing activities
- Plan and execute data collection efforts, including coordination of field testing activities
- Generate clear and concise technical reports documenting test procedures, results, and conclusions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment of data outputs with test objectives and quality standards
- Continuously improve test methods, data processing efficiency, and analysis quality
- Maintain and communicate project timelines, priorities, and progress updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering, data analysis, or a related technical role
- Experience with data processing tools such as nCode Glyph Works or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation
- Experience with data acquisition systems such as Somat eDAQ or comparable systems
- Hands‑on experience with instrumentation and sensor integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly in electrical systems and data acquisition
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team‑based environments
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel up to 25%, including remote testing locations
