Duration: Contract | August 2026 – April 2027

Are you passionate about product reliability, risk analysis, and quality engineering? We're looking for a Sr. Reliability Engineer to join a dynamic engineering team and help ensure the safety, performance, and reliability of innovative medical devices.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and execute product reliability studies and Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Perform risk analysis for new products and manufacturing processes
  • Analyze product performance data and process capability to identify reliability improvements
  • Recommend design changes, test methods, and statistical process control strategies
  • Investigate product failures and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Develop reliability engineering programs that meet company, customer, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to improve product performance and reliability
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, or a related technical field with 4+ years of Engineering or Quality experience (or master's degree with 2+ years of experience)
  • Strong knowledge of Reliability Engineering
    , Risk Analysis
    , and Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Experience with statistical analysis
    , process capability
    , and Statistical Process Control (SPC)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering discipline
  • Experience in medical device design and reliability testing
  • Knowledge of industry standards
    , GD&T, and specification development
  • Experience applying statistical methods to product reliability and process capability
  • Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or equivalent certification is a plus
