  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members
    .
  • Partner with Project Managers, Facilities Project Engineering, Operations, Construction, Transmission, and other internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues and keep projects moving.
  • Support department initiatives and business priorities as needed.
  • Help ensure project scopes address applicable regulatory, environmental, health, and safety requirements
    .
What We're Looking For

  • Experience supporting compressor stations, natural gas transmission, pipeline, midstream, energy, or other industrial facilities
    .
  • Experience with electrical infrastructure design, facility projects, or capital projects
    .
  • Experience overseeing or reviewing work performed by engineering consulting firms/EPC contractors
    .
  • Experience supporting construction and commissioning activities
    .
  • Experience with electrical equipment procurement, vendor technical evaluations, and equipment specifications.
  • Ability to apply established standards while determining when modifications or alternative approaches may be appropriate.

This position is approximately 80% office-based and 20% field-based
, with field time focused on project scoping, construction support, and commissioning activities.

You'll work with multiple project teams and stakeholders, managing time-sensitive engineering deliverables and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to take ownership of meaningful electrical engineering work supporting critical compressor station and transmission infrastructure
. You'll have visibility across project development, engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning while collaborating with a broad range of technical and operational teams.
