** This role is for someone who loves to tinker, troubleshoot, and make things work. As a Slot Technician, you’ll keep our slot machines running smoothly, learn the ins and outs of gaming tech, and grow your skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. You’ll earn trust, gain experience, and play a key role in keeping the fun alive for every Guest.
** What You’ll Do
*** Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain slot machines and equipment to keep the floor ready for play.
* Track maintenance and repair history and suggest improvements that keep our games in top shape.
* Maintain stock and parts inventory to minimize downtime.
* Review technical manuals and stay current with vendor updates and compliance standards.
* Specialize in equipment areas like bill acceptors, monitors, or system boards as your skills grow.
* Support teammates and collaborate across departments to keep operations smooth.
* Provide outstanding Guest service with every interaction—smile, greet, and engage.
* Follow all gaming regulations, policies, and internal controls.
* Report unusual activity or Guest disputes to leadership immediately.
* Show up on time, ready to work, with professionalism and pride.

** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
* Two (2) years of slot experience or a combination of two (2) years of advanced electronics education and experience preferred.
* Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft applications.
* Must be able to secure a Gaming License from the Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
* Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.#GT1
