Financial Solutions Advisor - Participant Services

Job Summary

Participant Services Financial Solutions Advisors (FSA) engage participants in goal‑based conversations to provide education and guidance. They work in a contact‑center environment, leveraging Bank of America and Merrill offerings and collaborating with business partners to serve active and separated Merrill 401(k) and Equity Plan participants.

• Engage participants, anticipating needs, and exceeding service expectations.
• Create clear expectations to ensure a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship.
• Demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles to individual investment needs.
• Identify participant opportunities and collaborate with key partners as required.
• Understand and apply complex technical material quickly.

• Series7 and Series
  66 licenses or equivalent.
• Passion for excellence and willingness to exceed client expectations.
• Strong computer skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay range: $65,000–$85,000 annualized, based on experience, education and skill set. Eligible for a formulaic incentive plan. Benefits and paid time off are provided.
