Senior Financial Analyst; FP&A

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The Sr. Financial Analyst is a do-er and problem-solver who is excited for the challenge of creating and owning financial models, tracking KPI’s and assisting in making sound data-driven decisions.

• Design, create and maintain comprehensive financial models to support decision-making
• Partner with department leaders across the company to understand key business levers
• Prepare analyses and materials to communicate business performance and trends to the executive team
• Support annual and long-range budgeting, forecasting and month-end close
• Set, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
• Serve as a financial expert, providing insights to contribute to the assessment of both new and existing investment opportunities
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as needed

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Five+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance, including at least two years concentrated in FP&A
• Exceptional spreadsheet modeling and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a challenging and fast-paced environment; manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Works comfortably with incomplete information and deals with ambiguity in a dynamic environment
• Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into an easily understood format
• Extraordinarily detailed oriented with strong work ethic and team-first attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics, and Jet Reporting preferred
