Project Controls Coordinator III

Contract Duration: Contract through 06/21/2027 (High potential for extension)

Pay Rate: $47.50/hour

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Coordinator III to support multiple maintenance and upgrade projects across our liquids pipeline assets. This role will play a critical part in managing data, financial tracking, and reporting for new capital projects. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a solid accounting or financial reporting background, enabling them to provide insights that drive project success.

• Support the implementation and oversight of newly approved capital projects.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support project planning, cost tracking, and reporting.
• Assist in financial reporting and ensure accurate tracking of project expenditures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment of financial and operational objectives.
• Utilize project control tools and systems for monitoring, forecasting, and reporting.

• 5–7 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or project controls.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience in Excel and data manipulation.
• Accounting or finance degree preferred.
• Experience with Oracle, Oracle Cloud, or similar project control/financial software (Ecosys experience a plus).
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Prior experience in a capital project environment, preferably within pipeline or infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments and project coordination in on-site/remote settings.
