• Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
• Build strong, lasting customer relationships through personalized service.
• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other banking transactions.
• Maintain and balance a cash drawer.
• Assist customers with debit cards, online banking, and other digital services.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Protect the privacy and security of customer information.
• Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Fill in at other branch locations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
