The City of Richfield is seeking Reserve Officers to assist the Police Department with traffic control, community events, and crime scene protection. This volunteer role requires a high school diploma, US citizenship, and a commitment of volunteering at least 10 hours monthly for a minimum of two years.
Candidates must demonstrate physical capability, good health, and the ability to follow instructions and engage positively with the community. Prior to appointment, candidates must pass an interview, background check, and training.
