- Mentor and support members of the clinical informatics team, adapting responsibilities to team needs
- Medical degree or advanced practice provider degree required
- Experience in clinical informatics with demonstrated improvements in workflows or care outcomes
- Experience with EHR systems, particularly Epic
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare environment
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and change management skills
- Clinical Informatics fellowship training or board certification
- Collaborative work style with the ability to engage diverse clinical and operational stakeholders
