Job Title: Dietary Aide

Location: Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center

Schedule: Part Time

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Dietary Aide to join our team at Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center
. The Dietary Aide plays an essential role in supporting our residents’ nutritional needs by assisting in food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary dining environment. This position offers flexibility for individuals who prefer to work on an as‑needed basis while still making a positive impact in the lives of our residents.

• Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with established menus and dietary guidelines
• Ensure meals are presented in an appetizing and resident‑centered manner
• Deliver food trays to residents and assist with meal service in the dining room as needed
• Follow special diet orders and portion guidelines accurately
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and food preparation areas according to facility and state regulations
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and maintain cleanliness of the dish room
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory control
• Adhere to infection control, food safety, and sanitation standards
• Work collaboratively with the dietary team and other staff to support resident satisfaction

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare setting preferred, but not required
• Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and safety standards
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused
• Ability to work a flexible, PRN schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed)
