Caregiver; CNA​/HHA​/PCA

Haven Homes, a Cassia community, is hiring Caregivers (CNA/ HHA/ PCA) to join our team in Maple Plain, MN
.

As a caregiver you will provide person‑centered care to residents, supporting activities of daily living, medication administration, and promoting dignity and independence.

  Full‑Time
• Shifts Available:
  Nights: 10:00 pm – 6:30 am
• Wage Range: $17.25 – $20.21 /hour (depending on experience)

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Pass medications.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Attendant (PCA) experience preferred but not required.
• Creative aptitude with the ability to display enthusiasm and a positive attitude in promoting activities.
• Good communication skills, including ability to give directions to others in a manner that is pleasant and easily understood.
• Must be 18+ years of age to meet our guidelines for passing medications.
