Carver Ridge, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Caregiver/HHA/CNA - Part Time PM - to join our growing team.

Carver Ridge Senior Living is located just outside the heart of downtown Carver, Minnesota. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 70‑unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Position:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), and Caregiver

Hourly:
HHA/Caregiver $17.00-$22.00/hr and CNA $19.00-$24.00/hr
, depending on experience

Service Area:
920 6th Street West, Carver, MN 553315

Schedule:

11pm - 7am, 1.0 FTE.
Week 1:
Sunday
- Thursday / Week 2:
Monday
- Thursday and Saturday

• CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
