Pharmacy Technician, Pharmacy
Job Description
This position performs all duties associated with interpretation, dispensing and monitoring of medications to provide quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians and other health care professionals. The pharmacist will optimize drug therapy to improve the patient's quality of life and health outcomes, while providing access to medications and immunizations. The pharmacist will also participate in clinical initiatives and assist in all aspects of the daily pharmacy department activities, including training of new staff and pharmacy students, supervision of pharmacy technicians and interns, resolution of customer service issues, billing, record keeping, monthly audits, and other functions necessary for optimal pharmacy performance.
Job duties also include inventory control, care of supplies and equipment, accurate cash handling and other duties as assigned by the department leader.
Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education (BS or PharmD degree required).
Licensure/Certification Qualifications- Pharmacy Intern Licensure with the state Board of Pharmacy and/or eligible to work as an intern in the state they will be working.
- Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Intern through the ND Board of Pharmacy.
- Must be licensed as a Pharmacy Intern through the MN Board of Pharmacy.

Compensation$35.50 per hour.
