Float Direct Service Professional

As a Coordinator, you will directly coordinate and deliver support services for each individual service recipient at each home, and assist with office responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor/Designated Coordinator. The person in this position generally works without direct supervision in the performance of assigned tasks.

• Work hours:
  
  4–8 hour shift, typically 2pm-10pm Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday.
• Minimum qualifications:
  
  1 year of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities; 2 years of experience with individuals with challenging behaviors required; experience with Autism/FAS preferred.
• Salary: $25–$30 per hour.

• Full‑time, Monday through Friday: 9am‑5pm.
• Minimum of 3 weekends off per month, with a weekend support cohort (1 weekend per month).
• Salary: $44,000 per year.

• Support individuals in their home or in the community with household tasks, recreational activities, meal preparation, medication administration, and daily living skills.
• Shift schedules:
• Full Time:
  Sun‑Thu 2pm‑10pm or Tue‑Sat 2pm‑10pm.
• Part Time:
  Sat & Sun 7am‑3pm, Sat & Sun 3pm‑10pm, Sun & Mon 2pm‑10pm.
• Salary: $18.25 per hour.

• Assist individuals with independent living skills and recreational activities on a varied schedule.
• Availability: between 7am‑10pm; guaranteed 4 weekend days off a month.
• Minimum qualifications:
  
  1 year of experience supporting people with developmental disabilities.
• Salary: $21.75 per hour.

• Support people with independent living tasks such as shopping, household cleaning, and recreational activities.
• Shift schedule: E/O Friday 2pm‑12am, Saturday 12am‑12am, Sunday 12am‑2pm.
• Pay: $18.25 per hour while awake, $11.41 per hour while asleep.

• Shift: 10pm‑8am. Sleep during the shift while remaining available for support.
• Pay: $11.41 per hour.
• Shift schedule options:
  Sunday‑Tuesday 10pm‑8am or Wednesday‑Friday 10pm‑8am.

• Shift: 10pm‑9am, staying awake to provide support.
• Pay: $18.25 per hour.
• Shift schedule options:
  Sunday‑Tuesday 10pm‑8am or Wednesday‑Friday 10pm‑8am.

• Live in a provided bedroom in the service recipient's residential home.
• Receive a monthly stipend and free rent, utilities, and off‑street parking for asleep overnight and morning support.
• Shift: Sunday‑Thursday 10pm‑9am.
