Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
  • Educate patients and caregivers.
  • Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay current with evidence‑based practices.
Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Two years of experience preferred.
  • Experience across the lifespan preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • New graduates encouraged to apply.
