Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing assessments.
Develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide interventions to improve communication and swallowing function.
Educate patients and caregivers.
Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Stay current with evidence‑based practices.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology required.
Current SLP license or eligibility for North Dakota licensure.
BLS certification required.
Two years of experience preferred.
Experience across the lifespan preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
New graduates encouraged to apply.
