Qualifications & Desired

Experience:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in Minnesota, or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience in K-12 educational settings a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and adaptability skills
Role Responsibilities:
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Engage families and caregivers to support student progress
  • Maintain thorough documentation and compliance
